Ricki Stevenson, founder of Black Paris Tours, has served as its creative thinker and CEO since its inception in 1998. Stevenson, a native of Oakland, California, is a former TV-news anchor, international travel reporter and talk-show host.

Ricki began dreaming of life in Paris at three years old, when her mother, a former professional dancer, took her to see Josephine Baker perform.
