An exclusive online job fair connecting our brand partners directly with top-tier bicultural talent — professionals who are shaping the future of work with their cross-cultural insights, adaptability, and innovation. Hosted twice a year in April and November. 

Brand Session details:

  • 20-minute company presentation: Highlight your brand, culture, and open opportunities to a targeted talent group in whichever format suits you.
  • 30-minute breakout room: Dive into deeper conversations with potential candidates in an interactive, guided Q&A session.
  • Post-event impact report: Recieve detailed insights, key takeaways, and actionable steps to keep building relationships with top talent discovered during the event.

Follow-up Session details:

  • Hand-selected talent: Brands hand-select attendees from Talent Day for exclusive session based on open roles. Omek sends the invitations to selected people and ensure they show up prepared.
  • 1-hour group session: Online follow-up session facilitated by Omek—group interview style with Q&A. Omek shares contact details of the participants after the exclusive session. Option for in-person at additional cost, 11% Hiring Fee if a candidate is hired (discount from 25%).

  • We begin with a thorough consultation to understand your organization's needs and then create a candidate profile outlining key skills, experience, and attributes needed for success.
  • Using our Omek platform and member database, our recruitment team identifies bicultural candidates who match the profile. Candidates are screened through resume reviews, interviews, and assessments to ensure a strong fit.
  • We provide a shortlist of top candidates with detailed profiles to aid in decision-making. We follow up post-placement to ensure a smooth integration into the role.

Elevating Your Team

Bicultural Identity Masterclass
€4,500 / session

Learn the foundation of the bicultural identity concept, gain new perspectives and vocabulary to discuss it, develop a strong understanding of your own bicultural identity and sense of belonging, and recognize it as a competitive advantage.

This workshop can be customized to provide bicultural employees and colleagues with a deeper understanding of the complexity of their bicultural identity or tailored to company leadership with unique insights on how to create a more inclusive environment that can attract and retain more bicultural employees. 
1,5 – 2 hours.

Workshop structure and objectives:

  • Explore the concept of bicultural identity, its key characteristics, what makes it unique, and other common terms used to describe individuals with bicultural experiences.

  • Examine how the social environment, heritage, and mainstream cultures shape bicultural identity, why some perceive it as conflicting, and how it can be viewed as complementary and a competitive advantage.

Through live teaching and breakout sessions, your team will have opportunity for reflection, sharing and learning.


Building an Engaged Partnership

Add-on costs depending on event goals and scope for communications, location, attendee information, metrics and/or impact report. 

Engage directly with Omek's global bicultural community through a focused experience relevant to your company goals. Choose from formats like panel discussions, workshops, or webinars to build strong brand awareness and credibility by showcasing your brand, culture, or open roles.
